Picking blue crabs is a storied Maryland tradition. At Donnelly's Dockside, all of our crabs are proudly sourced from Chesapeake Bay watermen (when available). When not available from the Chesapeake, we source blue crabs from Lake Pontchartrain, a brackish estuary in southeastern Louisiana with water very similar to the Chesapeake Bay.
